Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to offer flexibility for our customers while maintaining fair terms.
Cancellation Windows and Refunds
- 7 Days Before Check-In: Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before check-in.
- 3-6 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund if canceled 3-6 days before check-in.
- 1 Day or Less Before Check-In: No refund for cancellations made one day or less before check-in.
Non-Refundable Fees
Booking fees and service charges are non-refundable. Cleaning fees are refundable only if canceled at least 7 days prior to check-in.
Early Departures
No refunds are issued for early departures once the stay has commenced.
No-Show Policy
No refunds will be provided for no-shows without prior notice.
