Cancellation Windows and Refunds

- 7 Days Before Check-In: Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before check-in.

- 1 Day or Less Before Check-In: No refund for cancellations made one day or less before check-in.
Non-Refundable Fees
Booking fees and service charges are non-refundable. Cleaning fees are refundable only if canceled at least 7 days prior to check-in.
Early Departures
No refunds are issued for early departures once the stay has commenced.
No-Show Policy
No refunds will be provided for no-shows without prior notice.

PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
for booking, renting, and using luxury accommodation services
This agreement is an official and public offer by LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “UKRAGRODAR” (“Provider”) to conclude a contract for rental of luxury accommodation presented on the website www.prystige.com. This agreement is public, meaning under applicable law (Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine), its terms are uniform for all clients regardless of their legal status (individual, business entity, entrepreneur), without granting preferential treatment to any client. By concluding this Agreement, the Client fully accepts the terms regarding booking, payment, use of services, cancellations, liabilities, and all other conditions herein. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Client clicks the “Confirm Booking” button on the booking page and receives electronic confirmation from the Provider.
1. Definitions
1.1. Public Offer (“Offer”) – a public proposal by the Provider addressed to an indefinite circle of persons to conclude a contract for rental of accommodation (hereinafter the “Agreement”) under the terms contained in this Offer.
1.2. Accommodation or Service – the object of the contract selected by the Client on the Prystige website and booked.
1.3. Website – the Provider’s website www.prystige.com, designed to conclude rental agreements for accommodation through online access and information.
1.4. Client – a capable individual aged 18 or older, or a legal entity, who uses the Provider’s services or makes a booking on the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
1.5. Provider – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “UKRAGRODAR”, registered under code (ЄДРПОУ) 40367354, established on 24.03.2016, legal address:

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Provider undertakes to provide rental accommodation to the Client, and the Client undertakes to pay and use the accommodation under this Agreement.
2.2. The Agreement is concluded upon the Client submitting a booking request on the Website and receiving electronic confirmation from the Provider.
3. Booking Procedure
3.1. The Client independently submits booking requests via the Website booking form or by contacting the Provider’s operator.
3.2. The Provider reserves the right to refuse booking confirmation if provided Client data is incomplete or appears suspicious.
3.3. When booking, the Client must provide: full name; contact information; address for billing or correspondence; identification number if applicable.
3.4. The selected accommodation details (name, quantity, price) are displayed in the booking cart on the Website.
3.5. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data.
3.6. By booking, the Client confirms they have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement and consents to processing of their personal data as described.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Prices are indicated on the Website and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Prices may change, but confirmed bookings retain the agreed price.
4.3. Payment is required in full at booking unless otherwise agreed.
4.4. The Client bears costs of payment processing and transaction fees. Payment is processed via Privatbank.
5. Rights and Obligations
5.1. Provider’s obligations:

Keep Client data confidential except as required by law or to fulfill the Agreement.
5.2. Client’s obligations:

Provide accurate data and payment.

Follow accommodation rules and policies.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1. Cancellations are governed by the Provider’s Refund and Cancellation Policy available on the Website.
6.2. Refund eligibility depends on timing and terms outlined in the policy.
7. Liability
7.1. The Provider is not liable for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the stay.
7.2. The Client is responsible for their safety and belongings.
8. Personal Data Protection
8.1. The Client consents to collection and processing of personal data necessary to fulfill the Agreement in accordance with applicable laws.
8.2. The Provider commits to data confidentiality and security.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Disputes are resolved by negotiation or under applicable law.
9.2. The Provider may amend this Agreement by publishing changes on the Website.
