The space

Every modern convenience one could hope for in a beautiful location. An added bonus is that Graaitjie has been built to be completely wheelchair accessible with zero threshold doorways, roll in bathrooms and an accessible kitchen. Inverter and Battery backup, Smart lighting, LED TVs with Premium DSTV, fast WIFI and a state of the art security system add all the creature comforts to make Graaitjie the perfect location for your family holiday or romantic getaway.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it is the perfect holiday home for families or small groups not to mention a romantic getaway for you and your partner.

Graaitjie has all the luxuries you could wish for to unwind and enjoy your time away. There is a full DSTV bouquet and Netflix on the 65” LED in the lounge, as well as flatscreens in all the rooms. Wifi, smart lighting and all the appliances one would expect from a high end villa are at your disposal. Shutters, clear bars on all windows, a full alarm system and cameras give you peace of mind while relaxing by the heated pool that overlooks the ocean. Direct access to the beach is through a small gate straight from the deck.

Not only is Graaitjie the perfect place to unwind on one of the world’s most scenic beaches, it is also universally accessible, and we are proud to welcome guests with mobility impairments. Paternoster is a comfortable 2 hour drive from Cape Town international airport and once you have arrived at this beautiful fishing village, you can relax and enjoy the pleasures of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Bedroom 1: This is the master bedroom with breath-taking views. It has a queen sized bed, its own en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, LED TV with dedicated DSTV bouquet and direct access onto the deck.

Bedroom 2: This is the middle room with a queen sized bed, its own private bathroom with shower and private entrance via a sliding door to a side courtyard. LED TV with dedicated DSTV bouquet.

Bedroom 3: This is the “inland room” with a queen bed and it shares a hallway full bathroom. It can comfortably slep a couple as well as a child in a cot or pull out sleeper bed. LED TV with DSTV.

Bedroom 4: The “kids pad” has a bunk bed, a ¾ bed and a pull out sleeper bed so can handle up to 4 children for those extended family holidays. Kids will love sleepovers in this room.

The main Living area: The house is built around the open plan kitchen and TV Lounge that have extraordinary views out over the beach an sea. There is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals. The kitchen has an airfyer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine and the usual toaster, kettle, microwave & oven.
